How it's made

The base is a thick block of baltic birchwood: solid, weighty, not a cheap MDF or hollow frame. We print your photo directly onto a high-quality paper that's bonded to the front of the block, then seal it. The result is vibrant, durable, and looks more like a piece of art than a printed photo.

Shipping and timing

Production: 3 to 5 business days. U.S. shipping: 3 to 5 business days. Most customers receive their memorial 7 to 10 days after ordering. Need it faster for a service or anniversary? Email us. We'll make it work.

Frequently asked questions

Can I preview before you make it?
Yes. Just request a preview at checkout or via email and we'll send a digital mock-up for approval before printing.

What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your dog's face is in focus. Phone photos work great. If the photo is small or blurry, we'll let you know before printing.

Can I add multiple dogs to one block?
Yes. If you have multiple dogs to memorialize, just upload a photo that includes them all or email us separate photos and we'll combine them.

Is this a good pet sympathy gift?
Yes. About a third of our photo memorial blocks are ordered as sympathy gifts. We can ship directly to the recipient with a handwritten note and no visible price on the packaging.

What if I'm not happy with how it turns out?
We'll remake it. Every block is reviewed by a real person before it ships, but if anything's off when it arrives, email us and we'll fix it.
